Caps finally clinch sponsorship deal

Embattled former cup kings, Caps United have finally clinched a $250, 000 sponsorship deal with Moonlight Funeral Services for the coming season MatchDay can reveal.

 Though details of the deal are still sketchy, indications are that the deal was reviewed downward from $600, 000 which would have covered all expenses to the said $250, 000 which will only cater for player salaries.
The deal was reportedly brokered by Club Commercial Manager, Luis Maio and looks to fill the drying coffers of the former cup kings.
Kapota, the club’s spokesperson could not be reached for comment.
The club had been linked with sponsorship deals from Lafarge and Green Fuel but both fell through.
This deal comes as a relief to the side which suffered player unrests last season just as it entered the business end of the year.

Moonlight is one of the country’s oldest funeral assurance services company.
