The matter in which Chungwa and six other CAPS United players are suing their club over unpaid signing on fees and wages was referred for arbitration last month by the Labour Court.
The 29-year-old forward had signed a pre-contract with the DeMbare in December last year but his move was held back because he had a running contract with CAPS United ending in December this year.

The forceful striker did not turn up for training for the past three weeks and he further defied a February 2 ultimatum to report for sessions.
At Dynamos, Chungwa joins other former CAPS United players in Kelvin Bulaji, Tafadzwa Rusike, Oscar Machapa and Clive Kawinga.
Dynamos secretary General Webster Chikengezha confirmed that the Chungwa deal was as good as done.
"...he joins former teammate (Kelvin) Bulaji," said Chikengezha.
“We have met his club and agreed to pay a certain amount but it’s unfortunate we can’t divulge figures at this stage.
"We will deduct the money from our pegged sign on fees.
“Chungwa joins us on a two-year deal and he joins his former teammate Bulaji. We welcome him,” he said.
